How soon will my e-bike ship after I order?
Most in-stock bikes ship within 2-7 business days. A few limited models may take up to 10 business days.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once shipped you’ll receive tracking information so you know when your e-bike is arriving.
What is your return policy?
You may return your e-bike within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original condition. Return shipping cost is buyer’s responsibility unless specified.
What about warranty for defects?
Each model carries its manufacturer’s warranty for motor, battery and major components. Contact support@ez-volt-e-bikes.com for details.
Will I get a refund?
Yes — once the returned bike is inspected, we will issue a refund minus any return shipping or restocking fee (if applicable).
What condition must the bike be in to return?
It must be unused (no pedals or repeated rides), includes original packaging, accessories and free of damage or wear.
Can I exchange for a different model?
If the original model is returned within the 14-day window and a replacement model is available, we can facilitate an exchange subject to stock and price difference.
How do I choose the right e-bike model for me?
Consider your ride type: city commute, folded storage or off-road adventure. Also check range, motor power, tyre size and storage needs. Feel free to contact us for advice.
How far can I ride on a single charge?
Range varies by model, assist level, terrain and rider weight. Typical numbers are 50-75 miles for commuter bikes, slightly less when using throttle or off-road.
What maintenance is needed?
Basic bike maintenance like tyre pressure, chain lubrication and brake checks. For the electric system, inspect battery connections and keep firmware (if any) up to date.
