To ensure safe shipping, our bikes arrive 85% assembled. You will need to attach the handlebars, front wheel, pedals, and headlight. All necessary tools and a video guide are included in the box.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping takes an additional 3–7 business days, for an estimated total delivery time of 4–10 business days. Oversized or freight shipments may require approximately 6–13 business days.

Most of our models are Class 2 E-Bikes (throttle assist up to 20mph). They are street legal in most states without a license, but please check your local regulations regarding e-bike classes.

It must be unused (no pedals or repeated rides), includes original packaging, accessories and free of damage or wear.

If the original model is returned within the 14-day window and a replacement model is available, we can facilitate an exchange subject to stock and price difference.

Basic bike maintenance like tyre pressure, chain lubrication and brake checks. For the electric system, inspect battery connections and keep firmware (if any) up to date.
