Frequently Asked Questions
Find answers to common questions about our e-bikes, battery range, shipping, and warranty policies.
What is the range on a single charge?
Range varies by model, terrain, and rider weight. Generally, our city models achieve 30-50 miles per charge, while our long-range models can reach up to 70 miles using pedal assist.
Do the bikes come fully assembled?
To ensure safe shipping, our bikes arrive 85% assembled. You will need to attach the handlebars, front wheel, pedals, and headlight. All necessary tools and a video guide are included in the box.
How long does shipping take?
Due to the size and weight of the bikes, we ship via ground freight. Orders typically process within 24-48 hours and arrive in 5-7 business days depending on your location.
Is there a warranty included?
Yes, all new bikes come with a 1-year comprehensive warranty covering the frame, motor, battery, and controller against manufacturing defects.
Are these bikes street legal?
Most of our models are Class 2 E-Bikes (throttle assist up to 20mph). They are street legal in most states without a license, but please check your local regulations regarding e-bike classes.
What condition must the bike be in to return?
It must be unused (no pedals or repeated rides), includes original packaging, accessories and free of damage or wear.
Can I exchange for a different model?
If the original model is returned within the 14-day window and a replacement model is available, we can facilitate an exchange subject to stock and price difference.
What maintenance is needed?
Basic bike maintenance like tyre pressure, chain lubrication and brake checks. For the electric system, inspect battery connections and keep firmware (if any) up to date.
How far can I ride on a single charge?
Range varies by model, assist level, terrain and rider weight. Typical numbers are 50-75 miles for commuter bikes, slightly less when using throttle or off-road.
