At EZ Volt E-bikes, we are committed to providing high-quality electric bikes that deliver safety, performance, and reliability. This warranty policy outlines the coverage and terms for all e-bikes purchased through our store.

1. Warranty Coverage

1.1 Duration

Frame & Fork: 2-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.
Battery & Electrical Components: 1-year limited warranty.
Motor & Drivetrain: 2-year limited warranty (Velotric Discover 2 & Aipas M1 Pro), 1-year limited warranty (Heybike Horizon).

1.2 What’s Covered
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, including:

Frame cracking or breakage (excluding normal wear)
Motor malfunction
Battery failure due to manufacturing defects
Controller, display, or other electronic component failures

1.3 What’s Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:

Accidental damage, abuse, misuse, or neglect
Cosmetic damage, including scratches, paint chips, or decals
Normal wear and tear (tires, brake pads, chains, grips)
Unauthorized modifications or repairs
Damage caused by improper assembly, storage, or maintenance

2. How to Claim Your Warranty

To file a warranty claim:

Order number or proof of purchase
Detailed description of the issue
Photographs of the defect or damage

Evaluation & Instructions
Our support team will review your claim and provide instructions for repair, replacement, or inspection.
Return & Repair
If a return or repair is required, our team will provide a prepaid shipping label (if applicable) and instructions to safely send the e-bike or component.

3. Limitation of Liability

EZ Volt E-bikes’ liability is limited to the repair or replacement of defective components.
We are not responsible for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages, including loss of use, transportation costs, or service fees outside the warranty terms.
