Return & Refund Policy — EZEBikes360

By placing an order with EZEBikes360, you agree to the terms of this Return and Refund Policy. EZEBikes360 sells e-bikes and accessories that are fulfilled and serviced by authorized U.S. supplier partners such as Eunorau, Nakto, Heybike, Aipas, Velotric, BTN, and other approved manufacturers. EZEBikes360 manages and approves all return requests in accordance with each manufacturer’s official policy.

Return Eligibility Window

Return eligibility depends on the authorized supplier that fulfilled the order. Most suppliers accept returns within fourteen to thirty days from the delivery date, depending on the brand. To be eligible, the product must be unused, unridden, and show zero miles on the odometer. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories included, and all returns require prior approval through a Return Merchandise Authorization. Returns submitted without approval will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are not eligible for return. These include used or ridden e-bikes, products showing signs of wear such as dirt, scratches, or tire marks, charged or installed batteries, installed accessories, custom or special-edition products, pre-orders, clearance items, tools, and promotional products.

Restocking Fees and Shipping Costs

Restocking fees and shipping costs are determined by the manufacturer that fulfilled the order. In most cases, authorized suppliers may charge a restocking fee of up to twenty-five percent. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable. Any applicable fees are disclosed during the return approval process.

Damaged or Defective Products

If a product arrives damaged or defective, the issue must be reported within forty-eight hours of delivery. Customers must provide clear photos or videos of the damage, including images of the packaging and shipping box, along with the order number. Damage claims should be submitted by email to jordan@ezebikes.com. Based on the manufacturer’s assessment, a replacement part, repair, or or full product replacement may be provided.

Order Cancellations

Orders canceled before shipment may qualify for a full refund. Orders canceled after shipment are treated as returns and may be subject to restocking and shipping fees. Once an order is in transit, it cannot be stopped or rerouted.
