2. Relationship With Manufacturers & Suppliers

EZEBikes360 partners with authorized e-bike manufacturers and distributors to fulfill customer orders.
This means:

  • Products are shipped directly from the manufacturer or their warehouse

  • Manufacturer policies (warranty, returns, replacement parts) apply in full

  • EZEBikes360 acts as the authorized reseller, not the physical manufacturer

You acknowledge that:

  • Shipping times may vary according to supplier logistics

  • Warranty claims must follow the supplier’s process

  • Fulfillment delays caused by suppliers are outside our direct control

We ensure all suppliers we work with are legitimate, authorized, and compliant with U.S. shipping and warranty laws.


3. General Conditions

We may refuse service to any customer who violates these terms.
Product specifications and inventory availability come directly from suppliers and may change without notice.


4. Accuracy of Product Information

We make every effort to display accurate information, but:

  • Manufacturers may update specs without notifying us

  • Product images may differ slightly from updated models

  • Colors, components, or accessories may vary based on availability

Any differences will still meet the manufacturer’s advertised standards.


5. Modifications to the Service and Prices

Prices may change at any time based on manufacturer MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) policies.

We must strictly follow all MAP pricing rules from manufacturers. Prices cannot be negotiated below allowed levels.


6. Products and Services

All e-bikes and accessories offered on our site:

  • Are supplied, shipped, and warrantied by the manufacturer

  • Include manufacturer warranties (usually 1 year unless otherwise stated)

  • Include components listed in the manufacturer product description

Products may have limited quantities based on supplier stock.


7. Billing and Account Information

You agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information.
Fraudulent orders or suspicious payment activity may be canceled.


8. Order Fulfillment & Shipping

Orders are fulfilled by supplier warehouses located in the United States.
Customers agree to the following terms:

  • Shipping times depend on supplier inventory and location

  • Tracking information is provided once the supplier ships the order

  • Delivery delays caused by carriers or suppliers are not EZEBikes360’s liability

Shipping windows displayed on this website are estimates provided by the manufacturer.


9. Returns, Cancellations, & Refunds

Returns and cancellations follow manufacturer policies, which may include:

  • Return windows (usually 14–30 days depending on supplier)

  • Restocking fees (set by the manufacturer)

  • Requirements for original packaging

  • Conditions for replacement parts vs. full returns

  • Procedures for damaged deliveries

10. Warranty Policy

All e-bikes come with a manufacturer warranty.
This may include:

  • Frame warranty

  • Motor warranty

  • Battery warranty

  • Controller, display, or electrical components

  • Defective parts replacement

Warranty policies are controlled entirely by the manufacturer, not EZEBikes360.

Customers agree to follow the manufacturer’s warranty process, including:

  • Providing photos/videos of issues

  • Allowing troubleshooting steps

  • Accepting replacement parts when required

Full warranty terms are available upon request for any brand we carry.


11. Third-Party Tools & Apps

We may use supplier portals, shipping partners, or external tools to process orders.
We are not responsible for third-party errors or downtime.


12. User Submissions and Reviews

Any reviews, feedback, or suggestions you submit may be used for marketing or service improvement.


13. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the site:

  • For fraudulent orders

  • To violate MAP policies

  • To harm the integrity of the store or manufacturer brand

  • To submit false warranty claims

  • To abuse return policies


14. Disclaimer of Warranties & Liability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free site functionality, or timelines controlled by suppliers.

EZEBikes360 is not liable for:

  • Supplier shipping delays

  • Manufacturer defects

  • Carrier damage

  • Customer misuse of products

  • Incorrect assembly performed by the customer

Customers agree to follow safety instructions, assembly requirements, and manufacturer guidelines.


15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify EZEBikes360 and our suppliers from claims arising from improper product use or failure to follow instructions.


16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the state where EZEBikes360 is legally registered.
